Crawlspace Encapsulation
Each house is different, but some issues are found in common in the majority of the homes, like, crawlspace fungus, moisture, standing water and rodents.
This Dallas home was not an exception, and those were the main issues that the Homeowner had, he was never comfortable in his own home.

Crawl Space Encapsulation
This Plano, TX Homeowner was constantly dealing with problems in the area underneath his home, like mold growth, water entering the crawlspace and rodents. He wanted to make his home more comfortable and energy efficient, so he called Advanced Home Comfort…
The Home Comfort Specialist Brian went to this home and performed a full Crawlspace inspection and came up with a strategy to fix all the issues.

Attic Renovation
This Homeowner in Dallas was looking to make their home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer and needed more storage space in their attic. The home was experiencing lots of air leakage and low levels of insulation causing the heating unit to run constantly without making a difference, and causing their home to be uncomfortable.

Crawlspace Repair
This home in Dallas, TX had a crawlspace with different issues; Crawlspace fungus which was caused by the moist air rising into the floor joists; Water in the crawlspace; Vapor Barrier and Ground Moisture and overall high moisture. The Homeowners were never comfortable in their own home, the house never stays warm and air feels like it escapes to the crawlspace. Different contractors have tried to help over the years.

Attic Decking
The homeowner needed a pathway installed that leads from the attic access to the 2 HVAC units on the other side of the attic to make it easy for them to access to change the filters and to service. The issue is, how do we build a decking that still gives us the R-value we need to keep the home efficient and still allow us to go to the other side of the attic.
